The Purpose of the organization is to devote the collective interest of the New York Arabian breeders and admirers toward the improvement of the breeding and training of Arabian horses: to provide facilities for gathering together for exchanging ideas pertaining to Arabian horses; to educate and promote the versatility of the Arabian horse and to further knowledge of all aspects of breeding, training, showing, and various usage and history of the "proud breed" to promote and manage exhibits and shows for the education of those interested, and to provide funds for benevolent uses or for providing funds for carrying out the purpose of this corporation; and to do all other things, not denied by law, in promoting the purpose of this corporation.
