Wayne has been judging for 40 years and is originally from Northern VA, where he lived primarily, then Nortern CA and now live in Lexington KY.
Wayne is certified as FEI Level 3 judge , TD and Steward. USEF ‘S’ Eventing Judge and TD, ‘R’ Dressage and Connemara judge and an ‘r’ Western Dressage judge.
Wayne states he has been fortunate to have been able to make my hobby and passion for horses into a full time career for many years. “I have also been lucky enough early on to have been advised and mentored by some top outstanding horsemen in several disciplines. I am licensed as: FEI level 3 Evening Judge & TD, and Steward. USEF ‘S’ Eventing Judge & TD, ‘R’ Dressage Judge, ‘R’ Connemara Judge and ‘r’ Western Dressage Judge. I have chaired and been a member of several USEF & USEA Committees and am currently a Board member of the USEA. I am still competing in Dressage and Eventing with my fifth
generation homebred.”
